Tiny leaks in the attic floor and penetration points allow heated air to escape into your living spaces, reducing the effectiveness of your cooling system. A professional can use spray foam or foam board to air seal these areas, with the latter being easier for a retrofit installation. Once these areas are sealed, blown-in insulation can be added.
